SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We accept returns of our goods that are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
If your item(s) meets these criteria, send an email to email@example.com Please include a copy of your original packing slip with reference to your order number that was sent with your order.
Exchanges on domestic orders are free. For returns/exchanges on international orders, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to mail the package back to us.
Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your return to be approved and then will be processed within a week of the product reaching us.
For domestic orders, we use USPS to ship all products and rates are calculated at checkout.
If you need to make any changes to your order after it's placed, please email us ASAP at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST).
NOTE: You may be responsible for customs fees when the product arrives to you.
